Each player is permitted to maintain only one BMY24 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different emails, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Your legal name, date of birth, and contact details must match your valid government-issued identification. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BMY24 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Do not share your username or password with anyone — ever. BMY24 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
BMY24 complies with KYC regulations. We may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. BMY24 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to 24 hours, depending on your chosen method and the current verification status of your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. BMY24 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges. Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for deposit where applicable.

All transactions on BMY24 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). If you deposit using a foreign-currency card, your bank's exchange rate will apply. BMY24 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or fluctuations.
BMY24 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed on the promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in total bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements and eligible games vary per promotion.
Attempting to abuse BMY24 bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate confiscation of bonus funds and potential permanent account suspension.
Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account. BMY24 is not obligated to restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.
BMY24 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by third-party auditing agencies to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes on every round, every spin, and every deal.
Once a bet is confirmed and a game round begins, it cannot be cancelled. Results are final and binding. In the unlikely event of a technical error or disputed result, BMY24 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. These decisions are made at BMY24's sole discretion and in good faith toward all affected players.
If you experience a disconnection during an active game, the round will continue according to the game's standard rules. BMY24 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. We recommend maintaining a stable internet connection while playing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BMY24 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
BMY24 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behavior. Violations will be taken seriously and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities including AMLC and PAGCOR.
All content on BMY24 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, design elements, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of BMY24 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from BMY24 without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BMY24 shall not be liable for:
BMY24's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
You may close your BMY24 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bmy24.net. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
BMY24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if a player violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violations, BMY24 may forfeit all account balances.
Upon termination of your account, all licenses and permissions granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding BMY24, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally through our live chat or email support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall take place in the Philippines, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings related to BMY24 that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
BMY24 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of BMY24 after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
